What is a CPO Chevrolet?
Not all Chevrolet vehicles on our lot are CPO vehicles. They must meet certain requirements before they can be certified. The main requirement is that they must satisfy age (five years old or newer) and mileage (75,000) requirements. They must also have a title clear of any liens, and they must pass a Carfax vehicle history report. The CPO vehicles must not have any recalls on them either. Once these requirements have been satisfied, the vehicle must pass a 172-point inspection.
Inspection
The inspection, done by certified Chevrolet/GM technicians, covers almost every part of the vehicle imaginable. When customers drive away from our dealership in Auburn, we want to be sure they're in vehicles that meet our high standards and the high standards set by Chevrolet. The areas covered in the inspection include:
- Tires and brake pads
- Interior
- Exterior
- Engine compartment
- Under vehicle
- Detailing
- Maintenance
- Road test
- Functional
If the vehicle is found to be in need of repairs, whatever they may be, the repairs are completed, and the vehicle is tested once again.
What We Offer
One of the things about our Chevrolet CPO program that excites drivers and shoppers the most is our huge selection of CPO vehicles. We offer cars and sedans like the Chevrolet Cruze, Malibu, Volt or Impala. If SUVs are more your style, there is a good chance you'll find some Chevrolet Traverse, Suburban, Equinox, or Tahoe models here. Truck lovers are usually genuinely excited about our Chevy CPO trucks. Our selection is so big, you would never guess that these are used vehicles. Keep in mind that what we don't have today we may have tomorrow!
Warranty
CPO Chevrolet vehicles are different than used vehicles in so many ways, but the main way is that CPO vehicles are covered under warranty. The vehicle comes with a bumper-to-bumper $0 deductible warranty that's valid for 12 months or 12,000 miles. Depending on the vehicle, this warranty may be extended to six years or 100,000 miles. The powertrain is also covered for six years or 100,000 miles. The CPO Chevrolet vehicles are also covered under a 24/7 roadside assistance package. If you change your mind after the sale, you have the option of exchanging or returning the vehicle within three days or 150 miles.
Benefits of Buying a CPO Chevrolet
The price of a CPO Chevrolet is much less than a new vehicle, yet the vehicles are late models that would pass for new. Because the vehicles are late-models with low mileage, buyers can be assured they'll last a long time. CPO Chevrolet vehicles are covered under some very good warranties. CPO Chevrolet vehicles come with complimentary bonuses, like satellite radio, free service maintenance and special financing terms. You can choose from a big selection of vehicles. Vehicles have passed a strict inspection, so you know they're in good condition.
